Next four years he was associated with a leading Australian KPO. Then after he switched his job and started working for one of the top US based outsourcing firm in Bangalore, India. He is always updated with the Australian taxation law. His main expertise is in Trust, Company, Partnership, Individuals. He has been engaged in outsourcing industry for more than 8 years. He is aware of heads and tails of the flow in outsourcing industry and has clear insights upon success of outsourcing arrangements.

He was associated with V Rohatgi & Co an Indian mid-sized CPA firm for the first 4 years. Before the inception of AAS, he was associated with a leading Australian KPO for two years. He was leading a team of 5 people and handling more than 20 clients. His core expertise is Self-Managed Superannuation Fund. He has been working in the field of SMSF for more than 2 years and is highly proactive with changes to super fund rules and guidelines. He has been actively involved in streamlining book-keeping of RTOs and Education Consultancies

Shiva Rajbhandari, founding partner of AAS with over a decade of experience in the professional field, is also a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was associated with V.Rohatgi & Co an Indian mid-sized CA firm for the first 5 years. He was leading a team of 5 people and handling more than 15 corporate houses. During his association there, he has worked in ensuring compliance with Indian Tax laws and company laws. He has also been part of statutory audits of big corporate houses in an ever-growing economy like India. His core expertise is in annual financials reporting and taxation of Trust, Company, Partnership and Individual and has been actively involved in streamlining book-keeping of RTOs, Education Consultancies and SMEs.
